Wrong on so many levels, but I totally would...

There are men (famous and otherwise) whose attractiveness is obvious. Heath Ledger par example...

There are other men whose attractiveness is somewhat less obvious, in fact, in some cases, you would be forgiven for thinking it doesn't exist at all... and yet, somehow, I totally would...

So, for no other reason than S and I were discussing this very thing on the way home from work tonight, my top five strangely sexy men:

- Justin Hawkins from The Darkness (see the photo on this page for evidence) - he's fairly ugly, seriously skinny, has funny teeth and horrendous dress sense... but I still totally would...

- Steve Tyler from Aerosmith - it's the tongue. 'nuff said.

- Dick Valentine from Electric Six - I can't explain this one at all

- Steve-o from Jackass - this one worries me

- Russell Crowe - although I suspect I would faint from the testosterone fumes even passing within 50 yards of him

So, I've told you mine, now you tell me yours...

I used to have the most painfully silly crush on Felicity Kendal from 'The Good Life'...

...of course i was 6.

...and er...well...right. Yeah.

Hmmm...I suppose that does indeed fit under your "wrong on so many levels" category then doesn't it...?

Tina Turner. Even if she took the wig off.

Okay, I hope this doesn't sound to gay. My top five less obvious attractive men:

1: Christopher Walken
2: David Blaine (magician)
3: Snoop dogg
4: Chris Cooper
5: ...that would be me

Er....Hugh Jackman, Keith Hamilton Cobb for two....

Posted by: Courtney | Sep 9, 2003 4:28:50 PM

Steve Buscemi.

Steve Buscemi - I dunno - borderline case I think...

Hugh Jackman is a definite "would"

Keith Hamilton Cobb (thank you google) is another definite "would"

Christopher Walken, maybe... David Blaine can kiss my ass, Snoop Dogg - ugh, Chris Cooper has a rough thing about him, but he's too old for my taste...

Ooh, which reminds me - Gary Busey should have been in my original list...

God, I need help.

David Blaine - Ugh.

Well, I suppose you are getting at some of the more interesting aspects of sexyness with this type of an exercise—those that transend the particulars of the spacial envelope (body).

I find Molly Shannon very attractive on some level.

Christopher Walken for sure - didn't think anyone else would list him. Ed Harris is a must, as is Willem Defoe, when I think of the unusual suspects of the sexy clan.

Of the usuals Brad Pitt is a must have, along with Crowe, Matt McConaughey and Jim Caviezel.

Sexxxy list:
Robert Redford, Sean Connery, Cary Grant, Bing Crosby, Jim Caviezel, all the Sutherlands, Johnny Depp, Geoffrey Rush, Orlando Bloom, Josh Hartnett, Ewan McGregor, Sam Shepard, all the Baldwins, Robert De Niro, Al Pacino, Andy Garcia, Benicio Del Torres, Jack Nicholson...

Oh my, this list just keeps growing....

I like older men.

Jonathan Ross. For some reason this has just occurred to me.

I would actually agree with that one - and I'm sure D would agree too - so long as he could get his hands on JR's wife, Jane Goldman.

Another one that occurred to me the other night is Sam Rockwell...
